1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our website and coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide coaching for children to learn bicycling skills. Coaching content is educational and not a guarantee of outcomes. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate equipment and supervision outside sessions.
3. Scheduling and cancellations
Sessions are scheduled by mutual availability. Rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee up to the cost of the scheduled session.
4. Safety
Helmets are mandatory for all riders. We may refuse service when equipment is unsafe or improperly sized.
5. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in our Catalog and are subject to change. Refunds are at our discretion in accordance with local law and these Terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Cycling carries inherent risks; by participating, you acknowledge and accept those risks for your child.
7. Conduct
We maintain a respectful environment. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or damage to property may result in removal without refund.
8. Privacy

9. Intellectual property
All content and curriculum materials are owned by SatisfyingFrame Coaching Guild and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
